Three ingredients come together to make this perfect summer Peach Mocktail.

Peach juice brings the sweet summer flavor that makes this mocktail so tasty.

Ginger ale bring spice, sweetness and plenty of bubbles. Make your own ginger ale to customize the flavor!

Lemon juice helps balance the sweetness of the drink. I prefer to fresh-squeeze my citrus.

Garnish with a fresh peach slice and a sprig of mint or basil (your favorite herbs are totally fine) and you’re ready to mix!

A rocks glass * is the perfect size for this sipper, but as always you can use whatever glass you prefer. A citrus juicer * comes in handy for your lemon juice and you’ll need a bar spoon * for stirring.

Substitutions & variations

If you don’t have peach juice, peach simple syrup is able to infuse the sweetness and flavor of those sweet summer gems. You’ll want to add a smidge more lemon juice in this case. Peach nectar or peach purée will work in place of peach juice as well.

If you want a lighter drink, club soda is a good substitution for ginger ale.

Non-alcoholic drinks don’t have to stay that way. Give this mocktail a 21+ makeover by adding booze. Either bourbon or vodka would transform this drink into an amazing cocktail fit for summer sipping!
