These spring mocktails are light, bright and full of color and flavor! These recipes would be perfect for Easter, baby showers, bridal showers or simply enjoying the warmer weather.

Your ultimate guide to spring mocktails
I love spring. There’s something about everything coming back to life after winter and the bright blooms beckon me outside — even when it’s still a little chilly for my taste.
Spring also feels full of possibilities. Whether it’s brunch with friends or hosting a bridal shower, I’m rested from the holidays and ready to wow my guests. Now, when it comes to entertaining, mocktails are a must. These non-alcoholic bevvies are perfect for everyone to enjoy, and feel just as fancy as a nice cocktail.
Quick tips for hosting
Selecting a mocktail as your signature drink for an event ensures that everyone can partake. In fact, every time I host I like to include a mocktail on the menu so that designated drivers, those under 21 and anyone who simply doesn’t want to imbibe has something other than water to enjoy.
When you’ve got a room full of guests, one of my favorite ways to stay out from behind the bar and actually get to mingle is to make drinks in big batches. You can pick a pitcher drinks, like strawberry water, that’s already big batch or multiply the recipe for a single drink. If you do this, skip the ice and garnishes until you’re ready to serve — that way your mocktails don’t get watered down and garnishes look their best.
Fresh flavors like fruits, herbs and even veggies make these mocktails refreshing — perfect for sipping on those unseasonably warm days. Add an elegant garnish made from the ingredients of the drink, like a lemon twist, or a wow factor, like flower ice cubes, to level up these drinks.

What to serve with spring mocktails
Since these drinks are fit for everyone, try to create a crowd-pleasing food menu, too. Gatherings like Easter may come with traditions you need to uphold, but for other events you may feel like you’re on your own! Here’s what I recommend you do:
Consider the occasion when you’re selecting food to pair with your sippers. For a more elegant affair, something like a charcuterie board or bruschetta pinwheels are always a hit. Try pizza dough breadsticks or a spinach artichoke dip for a casual affair.
If you know your guests well, you’ll be able to tailor your selections to their dietary needs. For a bigger crowd, or those you aren’t as familiar with, it’s nice to have a few bases covered. Offer a vegetarian dish, and perhaps a gluten-free or dairy-free option as well to accommodate most.
The best spring mocktails
I love hitting up my local farmers market for the freshest produce. I find that those flavors translate the best into my drinks! My local market really picks up in the spring months, making it the perfect time to enjoy one of these recipes:
