The holidays wouldn’t be the same without a few gift guides. I have a few up my sleeve over the coming weeks, and I thought I’d kick the holiday shopping season off with a guide to one of my favorite things: bartending. If you have a friend or family member who has an interest in mixing cocktails at home, any of these gifts would delight them. These would also make excellent host gifts.
No bar would be complete without a few bar books, tools, mixers and decor. I have my eye on all of the books here. I’m also after a fancy ice tray and I just love those cheeky dinosaur stirrers. If your gift recipient has to travel this season, they might appreciate that super cool carry-on cocktail kit they can take with them on the plane. Of course, there’s nothing like gifting a set of beautiful glassware or even a bottle of liquor — either your favorite or theirs. If you need more ideas, be sure to check out The Complete Guide to Building Your Home Bar, which is available for free when you subscribe to the Feast + West email list.
These are gift ideas for the mixologists in your life that will be appreciated. Give one and hopefully there’s a craft cocktail in your future. Cheers! // susannah

Forget giving this to a mixologist, I might get these for myself. The bottle stoppers are too kewl!

Let’s be real. Me too! But I don’t think I drink enough wine to justify them. I am partial to those dino drink stirrers though. 😉
