Copper Pot & Wooden Spoon

There is nothing like a good jar of jam or pickles. I’m not talking about the stuff you can get at the grocery store next to the peanut butter. I’m talking about the really good, made from scratch, bottled with love kind of stuff. The kind that tastes homemade, not processed.

That’s how I feel about Copper Pot & Wooden Spoon, who makes handcrafted jams and pickles and other artisan goods. Their jams are rich and flavorful. They come in all kinds of flavors, like Spiced Apple & Beer Jam, Strawberry Jalapeño Jam and Honeyed Citrus Marmalade. I also love that they are made right here in North Carolina.

Now, I’m not crazy about pickles in general, but I have been known to add some these to a PB&J. (Trust me on that, OK?) Each recipe is handcrafted in small batches from all-natural, local ingredients and supports sustainable agriculture.
