½ cup white chocolate chips
On wax paper set over a baking sheet, pipe 6 thin lines in a star shape about 4-inches long, then connect them with a continuous spiral from the center outward to form a web. Let the webs harden completely.

2 ounces créme de violette, 1 ounce elderflower liqueur, 1 ounce fresh lime juice
Stir gently with a bar spoon. Slowly top with champagne.
3-4 ounces brut champagne
Carefully place a chocolate spiderweb on top and serve immediately.
