White Tea Shot
The White Tea Shot is a delightful and refreshing shooter recipe that combines the crisp flavors of peach schnapps, vodka and sour mix and tastes like a fruity white tea.

Ingredients
- ½ ounce vodka
- ½ ounce peach schnapps
- ½ ounce sour mix
- splash of lemon-lime soda
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- To the cocktail shaker, add the vodka, peach schnapps and sour mix.
- Shake the cocktail shaker for 10-20 seconds.
- Strain into a 2-ounce shot glass ¾ of the way and fill the rest with a splash of lemon-lime soda.
Notes
Homemade sweet and sour mix: Use homemade sour mix instead of buying it. Combine ½ cup lemon juice, ½ cup lime juice and 1 cup simple syrup. Makes 2 cups.
Different ingredients: Use honey-lime syrup or fruit syrups instead of the sweet and sour mix. For a sweeter drink, you can add extra lemon-lime soda.
Different recipes: Try one of the other versions of the white tea shot. The Green Tea Shot uses Irish whiskey instead of vodka. The Orange Tea Shot uses orange-flavored whiskey.
White tea martini: Make a sweet cocktail by doubling the recipe and straining it into a martini glass.
