Preheat oven to 400°F (20°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone liner.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough into an 8x12-inch rectangle.
Drizzle with olive oil and garlic. Use your fingers or a pastry brush to spread the oil and garlic all over the top of the rectangle. Sprinkle with italian seasoning.
With a pizza cutter or pastry cutter, cut 1-inch slices across the short end of the rectangle. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet, leaving 1 inch space between.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
This is a great way to use up extra pizza dough. If you have a lot of dough, you may need to bake the breadsticks in batches. Don't overload your baking sheet or the sticks may stick together as they spread.Make sure you don't roll the dough out too thin. Once you reach that 8x12-inch rectangle, slice and bake!
