In a large pitcher, combine the wine, peach juice, peach schnapps, simple syrup and lemon juice. Stir.
Add peach slices, raspberries, lemon sliced and fresh mint to the pitcher.
If serving right away, add ice to the pitcher before serving. Otherwise, refrigerate until serving. It is best the first day.
Serve in wine glasses filled with ice. Add a few pieces of the infused fruit to each glass.
Notes
Go for a dry white wine for the best results. I like to use chardonnay or pinot grigio, but you could go with a vinho verde or sauvignon blanc.Feel free to substitute other fruits, such as blackberries, cherries, blueberries or orange slices. Other fresh herbs like basil and thyme would also be delicious with peaches.
