Lemonade Sorbet Float

This is a fancy yet simple Lemonade Sorbet Float cocktail, made with vodka, lemonade, sorbet and club soda.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop sorbet any fruit flavor (berries and citrus work well)
  • 1½ ounce vodka
  • 3 ounces lemonade
  • 1 ounce club soda

Instructions

  • Place 1 large scoop of sorbet into the bottom of a martini glass. Work quickly so as not to melt the sorbet too much.
  • Pour vodka on top, to soak up a little of the sorbet's flavor. Then, pour the lemonade over top, then add a splash of club soda. The bubbles of the club soda will cause the sorbet to float. Serve immediately.
