This Iced Irish Coffee is a refreshing, boozy treat for a hot day! Mix iced coffee with Irish whiskey and cream, then top it with a silky dollop of whipped cream.

Ingredients

ounce
simple syrup
to taste
1 ½
ounces
Irish whiskey

ounces
coffee
cold
1
ounce
whipped cream
or heavy cream
Instructions
In a mixing glass, combine simple syrup, Irish whiskey and cold coffee. Stir.
Pour coffee mixture into a glass filled with ice.
Spoon whipped cream over top. If using heavy cream, pour it gently over the back of a spoon to form a thick layer.
Notes
You can substitute the Irish whiskey with Bailey's Irish cream liqueur if you desire!
