Place the diced kiwi, cucumber pieces, mint, lime juice, agave and water in a food processor or blender.
2 whole kiwi, ½ whole cucumber, 2 ounces lime juice, 4 sprigs mint, ¼ cup water, 1-2 ounces agave nectar
Blend until smooth.
Strain through a fine-mesh strainer and discard the pulp.
To make a cocktail, add 2 ounces of the kiwi-cucumber-lime mixture to a glass filled with ice. Top with 4 to 6 ounces of Sprite and stir gently.
2 ounces kiwi-cucumber-lime juice, 4-6 ounces lemon lime soda
To make the cucumber skulls, slice a cucumber into rounds. Use a straw to punch out two eye holes toward the middle-top of the slice. Then, with a sharp knife, cut a small right-angle notch on both the left and right sides at the bottom of each slice to shape the jawline. Finish by adding thin vertical cuts along the bottom edge to resemble teeth.
1-2 thin cucumber slices
Garnish with cucumber skulls and a mint sprig.
1 sprig fresh mint
