Beat the summer heat with a frozen Moscow mule! They are essentially Moscow mule slushies made with frozen ginger beer, lime juice and vodka.

ginger beer
½
cup
vodka
2
ounces
fresh lime juice
2
lime wedges
for garnish
Instructions
Fill a clean, empty ice cube tray with ginger beer. Freeze until solid, about 3 hours.
In a blender, combine ginger beer ice cubes, vodka and lime. Blend until smooth.
Divide into two glasses or mule mugs. Serve with a straw and garnish with a lime wedge.
