Add a garnish of cranberries and a sprig of rosemary to finish off the drink.

Notes
Always chill your champagne before using it in a mimosa recipe. It will make the flavor of each cocktail so much better and the drink will be much more refreshing! To keep your Christmas mimosas cold, add frozen cranberries to each glass. They will act as a garnish and won't water down your drink like an ice cube would.Do you know ahead of time that you are going to have a lot of party guests? Pre-fill the champagne glasses with cranberry juice and triple sec! Then all you'll have to do is top them with champagne as people are ready to enjoy a drink. For a non-alcoholic option, skip the orange liqueur and instead of alcoholic champagne, use a non-alcoholic sparkling apple cider, ginger beer, club soda or ginger ale.
