To decorate the glasses with chocolate syrup, place the glasses in the freezer for about 10 minutes before you begin. Then hold the glass in one hand, rotating it as you drizzle chocolate syrup in a circular pattern around the inside of the glass. Place back in the freezer for 5-10 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the Irish cream, crème de cacao, vodka and heavy cream. Shake well.
Strain into the prepared martini glass, then top with chocolate curls and a chocolate cookie stick, or any other chocolate garnishes that you like.
