On medium-high heat, cook bacon until crispy, on both sides. Then remove from heat and place on a paper towel to collect the grease. Once cooled off, chop in small pieces.
Place the brie in a baking dish. Pour the honey over top, then add the bacon pieces and chopped walnuts.
Bake in the oven around 18-20 minutes. Then remove from the oven.
Transfer to a serving platter and top with any honey, bacon and walnuts that dripped off while baking. Enjoy while warm with some crackers or bread.
