Notes
Instead of cold brew, you can use 2 ounces cold brew concentrate plus 2 ounces of water.If you need to modify the amount, use equal parts of all three ingredients. You can also substitute brewed coffee for cold brew, but be sure it's room temperature before pouring over ice. To add less alcohol, use one ounce Irish cream and three ounces milk, half-and-half or heavy cream. For a dairy-free version, use Irish cream syrup plus your milk of choice.
