vanilla extract
whipped cream
Instructions
In a small saucepan on the stove, warm the milk over medium heat for about 5 minutes, being careful not to boil it.
Remove from heat and add the white chocolate chips. Stir until the chips are melted and smooth.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the hot chocolate into 4 glasses. Top with whipped cream and serve.
