Boil the water and pour ⅔ cup into each bowl. Stir until dissolved. Mix in vodka evenly among the three bowls, ⅔ cup into each bowl.
2 cups water, 2 cups vodka
Use a syringe to draw up the gelatin mixtures, filling each with one color. Remove air bubbles by placing the syringes angled down against a tray.
Chill in the fridge for 4 hours before serving.
Notes
About flavor/color: If you want to make another color of syringes and not "bloody" ones like I made, you may not want to mix them so you can use one 6-ounce box. In that case, you can do this out of one bigger bowl and then prepare the ingredients all togetherLess mess: Try to avoid air bubbles when drawing up the jello liquid. Tilt the syringe with the opening facing up, then — carefully — push the air out with the stopper. (You may want to do this over a big mixing bowl in case any liquid escapes. It will.) Be sure to place the caps on to prevent leaking while they set.
