Sugar Cookie Martini
Whip up a batch of sugar cookie martinis to sip on while baking, decorating or partying for the holidays!

Ingredients
for the rim
- 1 tablespoon vanilla frosting see note
- 2 tablespoons holiday sprinkles
for the cocktails
- 4 ounces half-and-half
- 2 ounces Irish cream liqueur
- 2 ounces vanilla vodka
- 2 ounces amaretto
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- frosted sugar cookies for garnish
Instructions
- Rim your cocktail glass. Place icing on a plate and sprinkles on another plate. Roll the edges of two martini glasses in frosting, then roll them in sprinkles until coated. Set aside.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add half-and-half, Irish cream, vanilla vodka, amaretto and vanilla extract. Cover and shake vigorously.
- Pour into prepared martini glasses and garnish with a cookie.
Notes
To make your own frosting, combine 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and 1 egg white in a bowl. Whisk until combined.
For a non-alcoholic option, get the same sweet taste by using the sugar cookie syrup in a sugar cookie latte or Italian soda!
