Ingredients

whole milk

water

packs
hot cocoa mix
1
cup
liqueur
whiskey or rum
1
cup
whipped cream
or mini marshmallows, for garnish
½
teaspoon
cocoa powder
for garnish
Instructions
In a small saucepan, warm milk and water, whisking occasionally.
Once warmed through, whisk in hot cocoa mix until combined. Remove from heat.
Stir in alcohol or add 2 ounces of alcohol to each glass.
Ladle hot chocolate into glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder.
