sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
Combine biscuit mix and spices in a mixing bowl. Add sausage and combine with your hands or a spatula.
Add the cheese.
Form into 1.5-inch balls with a cookie scoop and roll between your hands.
Place on a parchment or silicone-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool and serve warm.
