Instructions
Pour gin, rose liqueur and lemon juice into a champagne flute.
Top with rosé bubbly.
Garnish with edible rose petals, strawberry slices or raspberries.
Notes
If you don't have rose liqueur, you may substitute with St. Germain elderflower liqueur or Crème de Violette violet liqueur. To add rose flavor, use 1/4 teaspoon rose water. If not using liqueur, use 1 ounce of gin, ½ ounce simple syrup and 1/4 teaspoon rose water.
