This cozy Pear Mocktail is fizzy, fragrant and layered with warm fall spices and soft, fresh pear flavor. It’s refreshing yet comforting, making it a perfect non-alcoholic drink for fall and winter gatherings.
In a small saucepan, combine the pear juice, sugar, cinnamon sticks, cloves and ginger slices.
1 cup pear juice, 1 cup sugar, 2 whole whole cinnamon sticks, 4 whole cloves, 2 1-inch pieces ginger root
Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Let it cook for about 10-15 minutes to develop the spices.
Remove from heat, let cool and strain through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the spices. Store in an food-safe, airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Pear Mocktail
In a cocktail shaker (or right in the glass) combine pear syrup, lime juice and pear nectar. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with ginger beer and stir.
