Ingredients
½
ounce
fresh lime juice
from about half a lime
2
ounces
jalapeño tequila
blanco tequila or mezcal
4-6
ounces
ginger beer
chilled
jalapeño slices
or pickled jalapeños, for garnish
cilantro
for garnish
Instructions
Fill a copper mug or rocks glass with ice. Squeeze half a lime into the mug, then drop in the spent shell.
Pour in the tequila and stir.
Top with ginger beer. Stir gently. Garnish with jalapeño slices and cilantro, if desired.
