Use a syringe to draw up the mixture, filling each one with 1½ ounces of liquid. Remove air bubbles by placing the syringes angled down against a tray.
Chill in the fridge until serving.
Serve over a tray of ice cubes with lemon wedges.

Try to avoid air bubbles when drawing up the jello liquid. Tilt the syringe with the opening facing up, then — carefully — push the air out with the stopper.
