Ingredients

mint syrup
¾
ounce
lime juice
1 ½
ounce
London dry gin
3-4
ounces
ginger beer
mint sprig
or rosemary sprig, for garnish
lime wedge
for garnish
Instructions
Fill a mule mug with ice and add the simple syrup, lime juice and gin.
Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint or rosemary.
Notes
Try
rosemary simple syrup
or
lavender simple syrup
instead for a twist on the flavor.
