This Frozen Grasshopper Drink recipe combines ice cream, ice cubes, crème de menthe and crème de cacao to make the perfect creamy dessert cocktails. This is a family favorite and an awesome holiday after-dinner cocktail!

Ingredients
⅓cupcreme de mentheplus more for serving
⅓cupcrème de cacao
10-15cubesice
2pintsvanilla ice cream
8chocolate biscuit sticks
Instructions
In a large blender, combine crème de menthe, crème de cacao, ice and half of the ice cream. Pulse until well blended. Add remaining ice cream, and pulse until creamy.
Store in a freezer-safe container with a lid for at least 2 hours.
When ready to serve, scoop (or pour, if freshly made) into four glasses and top with another small dash of creme de menthe. Garnish with chocolate biscuit sticks.
Notes
These Grasshopper Drinks store well in the freezer for up to three months.You can make up several batches up at a time to use for parties. Great for the holiday season!
