In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass filled with ice, add gin, lemon juice and honey syrup. Shake or stir well. Add a pinch of edible glitter, then stir to distribute.
Insert a small funnel into 4 potion bottle-shaped 1-ounce shot glasses.
Notes
To make honey syrup: Combine 1 ounce honey with 1 ounce warm water. If you want to use edible glitter, this is the pearl edible glitter I used in my shots.Chill your gin in the freezer before you mix your shots to dull its sharp edges.If you're mixing these ahead of time, plan to shake or stir before serving as the glitter can settle.
