Ingredients

avocados
ripe

tablespoons
fresh lime juice
approximately one lime

red bell pepper
diced

medium
tomato
diced

medium
white onion
finely diced
½
cup
fresh cilantro
roughly chopped (optional)

fresh garlic
minced

kosher salt
to taste

or veggies, for serving
Instructions
Cut the avocados into 1-inch pieces.
Place the avocado chunks in a large bowl. Using a fork or an avocado masher, smash the avocado pieces until you have a chunky green mixture.
Add in the lime juice and your choice of bell pepper, tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic, salt and crushed black pepper. Stir well.
Garnish with cilantro leaves and lime wedges.
Serve with tortilla chips.
