Brew the Coffee

If serving cold brew or decaf, prepare those in advance and chill.
Set Up Customization Options
Pour each milk or creamer into small pitchers or carafes and label them. Keep cold using a small ice bath, insulated containers or chill in the fridge until just before serving.
Pour flavored syrups into bottles or jars. Arrange them in a row near the coffee station for easy access.
Set out bowls or jars of sugar, honey and other sweeteners with spoons.
Include stir sticks, teaspoons, and napkins for a clean setup.
Place toppings like whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and cinnamon in small bowls or jars.
Optional: Include Boozy Add-Ins
Set out a few liqueurs in labeled bottles or carafes, slightly apart from the main station. Add a cute sign like “For grown-up mugs only” to make it fun and clear.
Style and Serve
Add mugs, disposable cups, or to-go lids in an easy-to-reach spot.
Consider a festive touch: a small sign, mini banner, fresh flowers, or a seasonal tray.
