This deliciously sweet and creamy dessert drink recreates the flavors of the breakfast favorite! Cinnamon whiskey, RumChata and heavy cream pack in the sweet and spicy cinnamon flavor.
Pour some cinnamon sugar on a plate, and some simple syrup on another. Dip the edge of a chilled martini glass in simple syrup. Roll the rim of the glass in the cinnamon sugar to coat the rim.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Fireball, Rumchata and heavy cream. Shake well.
Strain into the rimmed glass, and enjoy!
Notes
If you don't have Fireball, you can combine ¾ ounce whiskey with ¼ cinnamon schnapps or cinnamon syrup.If you want a lighter version, try adding a splash of milk or half-and-half for a creamier texture.
