Ingredients
1poundseedless grapesred or green, or dried fruit
12ouncesblackberriesor other berries or dried fruit
8ouncessalami2-3 pieces per cup
6-8ouncescheese cubessuch as Gouda or Cheddar
12ouncespeanut butter-filled pretzelsor other "filler" items like nuts or dried fruit
7.5ounceschocolate-covered pretzelsor other sweet treat
24pieceshoney sticksor other sweet treat
24long skinnycrackerssuch as puff pastry cheese twists
Place grapes, blackberries and any other fresh or dried fruit on skewers. Place in an airtight container for up to 24 hours in advance. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
1 pound seedless grapes, 12 ounces blackberries
Fold 2-3 pieces of salami into quarters. Thread them onto separate skewers along with cheese cubes. Place in an airtight container for up to 24 hours in advance. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
8 ounces salami, 6-8 ounces cheese cubes
Fill the bottoms of the cups with dried fruit, nuts or pretzels. This adds height to the cups.
If not serving immediately or need to transport them, place the cups on a baking sheet. Wrap plastic wrap around the bottom of the baking sheet and the tops of the cups. Store in the fridge.
Before serving, use scissors to carefully cut away the plastic wrap. Add the meat and cheese skewers and fruit skewers. Insert fresh herbs for garnish.
