In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the apple schnapps, vodka and triple sec.
Shake vigorously, then strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a slice of apple and serve.
Notes
If you want it sweeter, you can add more apple pucker or a splash of simple syrup.
Apple slices brown quickly. Make a water bath of 1 cup water and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Just after slicing, place the apples in the mixture for a few minutes to keep them from turning brown.
Step up your garnish game with a horizontally-cut apple slice, or fan out a few apple slices and pierce with a cocktail pick.
