mint leaves

ounce
apple cider
½
ounce
simple syrup
1
ounce
lime juice
2
ounces
spiced rum
1-2
ounces
ginger ale
or club soda
apple slices
for garnish
mint sprig
for garnish
cinnamon stick
for garnish
Instructions
In a highball glass or cocktail shaker, add the mint leaves, apple cider and simple syrup. Muddle together to release the oils in the mint.
Add lime juice and spiced rum. Stir together.
Add ice to the glass, then top up with ginger ale.
Garnish with apple slices, a mint sprig and a cinnamon stick.
