1 cup water 1 cup sugar 1 cup lime juice 1 cup lemon juice
makes: 4 cups
Pour sugar and water into saucepan over medium heat. Stir until combined.
Once sugar and water are combined, remove from heat and let rest 10 minutes.
You'll need about 6 lemons and 8 limes for this recipe. Concentrate works too!
Add lemon and lime juice and stir until combined.
If using immediately, add 1-2 ice cubes to reduce the temperature.
Decant the mixture a jar or bottle and store in fridge up to 2 weeks.
Mix 2 egg whites into the cooled mixture for a more frothy option. Use within 2 days.
