what you'll need

a chilled, tall glass plenty of ice

2 ounces of silver rum 6 ounces cola lime wedge, for garnish

makes: 1 cocktail

Chill your glass.


Choose a tall glass, like a highball glass. Place in the freezer to chill.

Add ice to the glass.


Plenty of ice makes for a great drink!

Add syrup!


If you want to add something like vanilla syrup, now is the time!

Add rum.


Pour your rum of choice into the glass. About two ounces should do it!

Top with cola.


Pour in soda and let the bubbles  die back. Then add more soda until the glass is full.

Garnish and enjoy!


Add a wedge of lime (or lemon) as a garnish. Squeeze before taking a sip!
