Homemade Irish Cream Liqueur makes an amazing gift, and tastes better than the real thing! Perfect for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day or enjoying a nightcap anytime.

1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder 1 cup heavy cream, divided

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups Irish whiskey

Grab your bowl.


Combine cocoa powder, espresso powder and a splash of heavy cream with a whisk.

Whisk, whisk, whisk!


Continue to add more cream a little at a time until the consistency is a paste.

Keep adding!


Whisk in the condensed milk, vanilla and Irish whiskey. Stir in remaining heavy cream.

Pour, save and enjoy!


Decant into a 1-quart bottle or carafe. Store in fridge and enjoy for up to 2 weeks.
