4 ounces white rum 2 ounces fresh-squeezed lemon juice 1 ounce simple syrup 3 cups of ice mint leaf, for garnish

If you have the time to squeeze some lemons, you will have a better cocktail than with concentrate.
Pour rum, fresh-squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup into your blender.
Adding liquids before the ice allows the blender to do its job properly.
Continue to blend until there are no chunks and the drink is smooth.
Pour into your glass of choice (I used coupe glasses) and garnish with mint leaf.
If you skip the rum, this becomes a tasty treat for all ages to enjoy.
