Frozen Grasshopper Drink

Step back in time and make a frozen grasshopper drink to serve at your next dinner party. This ice cream version of the mint green classic cocktail is perfect for after dinner.

1/3 cup creme de menthe 1/3 cup creme de cocoa 10-15 ice cubes 4 cups (2 pints) vanilla ice cream extra dash of creme de menthe, to serve

Grab the blender.

Add liqueurs, ice and half of the ice cream to your blender.

Pulse, pulse, pulse.

Keep going until the grasshopper mixture is smooth.

Add more ice cream.

Scoop the remaining ice cream into the blender.

Blend until smooth.

Use the pulse feature to combine the mixture until it is smooth.

Transfer.

Move the mixture from the blender to a freezer safe container.

Freeze!

Place your grasshopper mixture in the freezer until you're ready to serve.

Scoop to serve.

When you're ready to serve, scoop out the grasshoppers into your preferred cups.
