Ensure your jars are empty, clean and completely dry. You'll need lids for each jar you use.
Place all your ingredients into your jar and twist on the lid.
Add a label and a bow, or wrap it for friends and family.

When you or the recipient is ready, fill the jar to the top with the alcohol of your choice.
Seal the lid and shake gently. Let things sit about a week, tasting and smelling often.
When your alcohol is ready, strain out the solids. Return your infused alcohol to the jar for up to 1 year as you use.
