3 oranges, any type, such as: • navel oranges • blood oranges • cara cara oranges • clementines • tangerines

Set the temperature as low as it will go, about 170°F (77°C).
Cut the oranges into ⅛-inch slices. A mandoline is helpful.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, then arrange the slices on top.
Bake in the oven for 3 to 4 hours until dried. Rotate the pan when you check on them.
Let them cool overnight so they dry up even more.
Store in airtight containers. They will keep for 2 years.
