Preheat the oven.

Set the temperature as low as it will go, about 170°F (77°C).

Slice the oranges.

Cut the oranges into ⅛-inch slices. A mandoline is helpful.

Arrange.

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, then arrange the slices on top.

Bake.

Bake in the oven for 3 to 4 hours until dried. Rotate the pan when you check on them.

Cool and dry.

Let them cool overnight so they dry up even more.

Store.

Store in airtight containers. They will keep for 2 years.
