2 cups bourbon 1-2 cinnamon sticks 1-2 whole cloves (optional)

You can use one 16-oz jar or two 8-oz jars, as long as they have a lid.
Insert cinnamon sticks and cloves. For less spice, use fewer whole spices
Smell and taste it every 2-3 days until it reaches your preferred level of spice.
The infused bourbon can be stored for a few months.
Your infused bourbon is great on its own or in cocktails.
More cinnamon sticks and longer infusion time will bring a fiery cinnamon taste.
If you end up with too much cinnamon, dilute with additional whiskey.
