molds (plastic shot glasses or muffin tins work well) cooking spray

1 cup sparkling cider or sparkling lemonade 2 packets gelatin (.5 oz total) 3/4 cup sparkling wine 1/4 cup vodka 2 tablespoons sanding sugar
makes: 12 shots
Spray lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle sanding sugar on bottom of molds.
Whisk together cider or lemonade with 1/2 cup water in saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin on top and let rest 5 minutes.
Warm the liquid over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Whisk in sparkling wine and vodka.
Distribute the liquid evenly among the molds. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
Remove from molds. Add sprinkles or more sanding sugar before serving.
