Brown Sugar Syrup

Sweeten your coffee, tea and cocktails with this tasty Brown Sugar Simple Syrup! It adds a complex palette of molasses, caramel and toffee to every sip.

a saucepan a mason jar or bottle with a lid

Prep Time: 10 Min

1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 water

makes: 3/4 cup


Combine ingredients.


Place your sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat.

Stir it up!


Stir your mixture until the sugar is dissolved. Make sure it doesn't boil!

Cool things down.


Remove your syrup from heat and let it cool completely — be patient!

Store and enjoy.


Store in a mason jar or container with lid for up to one month.
