Ultimate fall brunch cocktail

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar 2 ounces apple cider 1 ounce triple sec 3 ounces champagne Apple slices, for garnish (optional)
makes: 1 cocktail
Combine 1/4 cup sugar with 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon and stir.
Pour maple syrup or honey onto a plate. Put cinnamon sugar on another plate.
Dip the rim of your glass into the syrup and let excess drip off. Dip into cinnamon sugar.
Add apple cider and triple sec to your champagne flute. Top with champagne.
Add apple slices as a garnish, sip and enjoy!
To make a big batch for a crowd, mix 3 cups apple cider, 1.5 cups triple sec and 3 bottles champagne.
