Apple Cider Mimosas

Pour a round of apple cider mimosas! These sparkling, bubbly cocktails feature spiced apple cider and a cinnamon sugar rim for the ultimate fall brunch drink. Serve it at Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving, or any other fall celebration!

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar 2 ounces apple cider 1 ounce triple sec 3 ounces champagne Apple slices, for garnish (optional)

makes: 1 cocktail


Mix cinnamon sugar.


Combine 1/4 cup sugar with 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon and stir.

Prep your glass.


Pour maple syrup or honey onto a plate. Put cinnamon sugar on another plate.

Sweeten the deal.


Dip the rim of your glass into the syrup and let excess drip off. Dip into cinnamon sugar.

Fill your glass.


Add apple cider and triple sec to your champagne flute. Top with champagne.

Garnish and enjoy!
