- 1/2 ounce triple sec
- 2 ounces Croft Tawny Port Reserve
- 2 ounces pomegranate juice
- 2 ounces champagne or other sparkling wine
- 5–10 fresh pomegranate seeds, for garnish
- In a wine glass or champagne flute, add triple sec, Port and pomegranate juice. Swirl glass to combine.
- Top with champagne and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds for garnish.
