I have a question for you: What do you have for breakfast on the day of the year when you’ll eat the most you have eaten in, well, a year? Surely not a giant meal of pancakes and eggs and bacon and french toast and and and… right?
If you do, I am seriously jealous of your ability to eat all the things ever on Thanksgiving. It’s my favorite holiday, so I prefer to eat light for breakfast so I can enjoy the big meal later. Tomorrow morning, I’m planning on making this Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal I made for My Cooking Spot a few weeks ago.
I’ve been on a major oatmeal kick lately, and I have been enjoying experimenting with different flavor combinations. This one is spiced with cinnamon and brown sugar and topped with pumpkin seeds — so delicious and so easy. By the way, Feast + West will be taking tomorrow and Friday off.
