Night owls, unite. I’ve never been a morning person. Give me late nights and sleeping in any day. After my morning coffee, it’s not unusual for me to reach for a cold cup of yogurt, a bowl of cereal or a granola bar — if I even eat breakfast at all. Don’t get me wrong, though — I absolutely love hot breakfasts. I just don’t make the time for them. February is working to change that for me.
All month long, I’m teaming up with some blogger friends to celebrate National Hot Breakfast Month. (Yes, it’s a real thing.) Together, we’ll show you how to whip up a warm, hearty, healthful breakfast in 30 minutes or less for those rushed mornings. We’ll also share recipes you can spend more time on for guests at a big brunch. We’ve got family favorites and even some ideas for “brinner,” AKA breakfast for dinner. Stick with us all month, and we’ll give you all kinds of ideas that will make you want to stop your morning and make a hot breakfast.
Be sure to check out my partners and their amazing recipes. We’ll be using the hashtag #hotforbreakfast on social media.

I am really looking forward to sharing some hot breakfast recipes with you during National Hot Breakfast Month! Check back tomorrow for one of my absolute favorite breakfasts, and be sure to follow along with my friends’ blogs and the #hotforbreakfast hashtag. // susannah

I’m totally with you! I love a good hot breakfast, but am lucky if I eat anything in the morning besides coffee. If that counts as “eating.” Late nights and sleeping in all day, every day! I wish…

I know, right?! Weekends only, sadly! Thanks so much for your comment, Morgan. It means so much that you stopped by!
