Utah is a state that’s on my list. (“Wait,” you ask. “Aren’t they all on your list?’ Oh yeah, you’re so right.) I’ve heard that Salt Lake City is a beautiful haven nestled in the mountains — and doesn’t that photo make it look so dreamy? I’m dying to get out there one of these days, hopefully to attend an Alt Summit (a blogging conference).
I’ve been learning from my new friend Bethany (who founded The Collaboreat, where I am a regular contributor) that Utah is a major hub for designers and foodies. So I’m pretty sure I’d love it, especially if I’m basing that assumption on this Utah gift guide. The floral calendar here is just so lovely, and those handmade arrows have been on my Pinterest wish list forever. Hope you enjoy getting to know some of the Utahans featured here. // susannah
The Kitchen Road Trip series is a virtual ‘trip’ to a different state. Posted weekly on Mondays, each post is a gift guide to items from a different state, in alphabetical order, and features food & drinks, books, home goods and travel items.
