Kitchen Road Trip: Mississippi

Kitchen Road Trip: Mississippi // Feast + West

M-I-S-S-I-S-S-I-P-P-I. I probably learned to spell Mississippi before I learned how to spell North Carolina. And the name has come in handy, too, every time I’ve needed to count down the seconds to something. I’m also counting down to the day I can visit Mississippi. I’ve read so much about it, and I’ve even driven through it. I’d love to return to see the old Southern architecture up close and learn more about Mississippi’s history. One day soon, I hope! Check out some of my finds in my Mississippi gift guide below, and be sure to stay in touch on Twitter. // susannah

The Kitchen Road Trip series is a virtual ‘trip’ to a different state. Posted weekly on Mondays, each post is a gift guide to items from a different state, in alphabetical order, and features food & drinks, books, home goods and travel items.
